Directions:
1. WATCH the film Inside Out (2015). You'll need to rent it.
2. READ these three texts:
A. Ernst Bloch, "The First Locomotive," in Traces, pp. 124-25
B. Sigmund Freud, "Chapter VIII: Bungled Actions," in The Psychopathology of Everyday Life, p. 225. (You may read the entire chapter here, if you wish.)
C. Martin Heidegger, Being and Time, Section III, Subsection 16, pages 67-71 (page numbers are on the top of the page, not on the sides)
3. Then write two discussion questions,

4. Then write one discussion question and one BIG WORD

on each of the three readings you just read (listed above and again below) with your name at the bottom of the document.
That is five discussion questions, three film shots, and three BIG WORDS in total.
5. Then save your document.

Don't forget to put YOUR LAST NAME (not mine) in the document header when you save it and in the document heading at the bottom, after your DQs, as in "yourFirst and Last name here.doc."
5. Email your DQs etc. all in one word document (don't send more than one document) as an attachment to me at [email protected] by 5 p.m. tomorrow, January 6.
Don't forget! Did you remeber to put YOUR LAST NAME (not mine) in the document header when you saved it and your first and last names at the bottom of document, after your DQs, as in "your First and Last name here.doc."
