The orgy scene links sex and art rather than opposes them. We first see the orgy from outside the window that Artemisia shortly looks in through, and then see a guy posing people before jumping off the bed to pose them. The camera cuts to people having sex, as if opposing drawing to sex, but as the camera moves left, we see the same guy drawing these people as well. After this scene, Artemisia ges back to her home and draws pornoraphy by candlelight.
